Faith calls us to build our lives on God,
yet pride often convinces us that we can stand on our own.
When we rely only on personal strength,
we slowly lose our sense of direction not because God withdraws,
but because we stop depending on Him.
Israel’s exile was a painful reminder of what happens when self-reliance replaces obedience.
Still, it was never the end of the story.
God remained present, patient, and ready to be found.
Through Isaiah, He invited His people to open their hearts,
recognize His nearness, and return to Him as their true foundation.
Pride leads to exhaustion, but humility opens the door to renewal.
When we acknowledge our limits and trust God,
hope is restored and strength is renewed.
God never closes His heart to those who return to Him.
“True strength is not proven by how much we can carry alone,
but by how willingly we place our weakness in God’s hands.”
Choose humility.
Choose trust.
In God, we find strength that never fails.
