For who you still experience Printer issue on MacOS 12.7.5 Monterey, especially HP printer, connected through USB. If you search on internet, mostly you will find these steps:
1. Update Drivers: Ensure that you have the latest HP printer drivers specifically compatible with macOS Monterey. HP has released updates, but if your printer is older, it might not be directly supported. You can download updated drivers from the HP website or directly through macOS updates (community.hp.com).
2. Re-add the Printer: Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners, remove your printer, and then re-add it. This can resolve many connection issues, especially if the printer is showing as "offline" (community.hp.com).
3. Check for System Updates: Sometimes, macOS updates may include fixes for printer-related issues. Make sure your system is up-to-date.

3. Check Extensions by execute this command : > kexstat
The result will be like below, it's all extensions installed.
4. Now find extension named: com.apple.driver.AppleUSBMergeNub. You can use "Command+F" and search "AppleUSBMergeNub".
5. Next we need to unload this extension. Execute this command on terminal : sudo kextunload -b com.apple.driver.AppleUSBMergeNub
If you got error "... in used".
6. Restart your Mac.
7. Try again unload the extension : sudo kextunload -b com.apple.driver.AppleUSBMergeNub
This time should be ok, extension unloaded.
8. Now try to print anything. 9. Tadaaaa...
